• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

4. No Cancellation / Refund Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are requested to maintain decorum and follow hotel rules. Damages to property will be chargeable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hotel Indrayani is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your stay or website use.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to Pune jurisdiction.
