At Hotel Indrayani, we understand that plans may change. While we do not offer automatic cancellations, we provide a manual cancellation process for our guests under certain conditions.
1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made only by calling our front desk at least 24 hours before the check-in time.

Cancellation requests sent by email or message will not be considered valid unless confirmed by our team over call.

Any cancellation request received less than 24 hours before check-in will be non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy

Upon a valid cancellation, a partial refund will be processed after deducting administrative and booking charges.

Refunds will be made manually to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.

In case of technical payment errors or duplicate transactions, a full refund will be initiated after confirmation.
3. No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date and time without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
